Aside from his patronizing; over personalizing/ being obtrusive; not hearing your words; fails to represent you in court; fails to notify you of anything, so you instantly lose everything in court. He lies to you, in court documents, In the court room. He fails to send monthly statements, but he will keep your entire retainer because he knows you have to settle, or appeal, due to what he has done to you.
